I subscribed to Copilot Pro several months ago and upgraded to Pro+ last month.
I’d like to know how many tokens I used in the past month, as this will affect whether I continue my Pro+ subscription after June 1st.

GitHub doesn't expose a token-by-token usage log for individual accounts, but here's where to look.

Head to Settings > Billing & plans > Usage (or go directly to github.com/settings/billing/usage). That page shows your Copilot usage for the current billing cycle, broken down by request type. If your billing cycle just reset, it won't include last month's data there.

For previous months, check Settings > Billing & plans > Payment history. Past invoices include usage summaries.

One thing worth knowing: Pro+ tracks "premium requests" rather than raw tokens. Standard models run on the base plan without counting against a cap. What actually matters for your decision is the premium model usage (Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o, o1, etc.), so that's the number to focus on when weighing the subscription.
