GitHub Pro badge shows on profile but Pages deployment fails and billing settings page shows no active subscription

I renewed my GitHub Pro subscription after a lapsed payment. My profile displays the Pro badge, but two issues persist:

1. Settings → Billing does not show an active Pro subscription
2. GitHub Pages deployment via actions/deploy-pages@v4 fails with status: 422 Validation Failed — "Failed to create deployment"

My site is hosted on a private repository which requires Pro. I have already raised support tickets but the site remains down. Has anyone experienced this delay after a payment lapse and renewal? Did it resolve on its own and how long did it take?
