Rejected 30+ Times Trying to Renew Existing Student Pack - No Reasons Given & Camera Issues

Hi everyone,

I have already been a member of the GitHub Student Developer Pack since 2024 and was simply trying to renew my existing benefits. However, since starting the renewal process, I have been trying to re-verify my account daily for the last 15 days and have been rejected over 30 times.

Every single time my application is rejected, I receive the exact same automated message:

"We were unfortunately not able to verify your academic status. Please address the following issues and apply again."

However, there are never any issues actually listed below that message. I am completely in the dark about what I need to fix.

I have exhausted every possible document and method to prove my academic status:

Documents I have tried submitting:

• My official Student ID Card
• My most recent academic transcript
• My recent course registration document
• A Bonafide certificate from my university
• Screenshots of my logged-in college portal

Methods and troubleshooting I have tried:

• Live Camera: The built-in capture tool always takes blurry photos of my documents, rendering them unreadable.
• File Upload: I tried uploading clear, scanned PDFs/images, but the system now forces me to use the camera and won't accept file uploads.
• Virtual Camera: I attempted to use a virtual camera to pass a clear image through the live capture tool, but this was also rejected.
• Location: I even physically went to my college campus to ensure my IP/GPS location perfectly matched my institution, but it still resulted in an instant rejection.

Since the automated system is not working for my setup and is not providing any actionable feedback, could a human please manually review my account and documents?
