Hi GitHub Community,

I’m following up on a GitHub Sponsors payout issue.

My June Sponsors payout does not appear to have been initiated. The estimated payout date rolled over to the next month, and in Stripe Express the balance is available, but there is no payout pending or in transit.

I have checked my tax forms, bank details, Stripe Express tasks, and payout settings. I do not see any action required, verification issue, or warning message.

I opened a GitHub Support ticket over a week ago, but I still have not received a response.

This looks similar to previous GitHub Sponsors cases where the account was stuck on manual payouts, manual review, probation, or a backend payout hold, and GitHub Support had to manually trigger the payout or restore automatic payouts.

Could someone from GitHub Sponsors or GitHub Support please check whether my ticket has reached the right team, or whether my Sponsors account is stuck on manual payout/manual review?

I understand the Community cannot resolve account-specific issues directly, but I’m posting here because the support ticket has been unanswered for over a week and this seems to match several previous Sponsors payout issues.
