Dark mode for Jupyter notebooks does not take effect

Currently all Jupyter notebooks are rendered in light mode, disregarding theme settings. Take this notebook for example, you can inspect that the iframe URL is set with color_mode=auto, which doesn't seem to work properly. Simply changing it to color_mode=dark would do the trick.
