Since you've already opened a GitHub Support ticket and provided the payment details, the best option is to continue the conversation through that ticket. Billing and account-related issues usually require intervention from GitHub Support, and the Community cannot access or modify billing information. If the issue is urgent, update the existing ticket with any new payment confirmation instead of creating a new one. |

GitHub Team organization downgraded after successful payment — support ticket awaiting response
Our organization appears to have been downgraded from GitHub Team following an initially declined payment, although a subsequent payment succeeded. The upgrade page now displays a substantial prorated charge that we cannot reconcile with the successful payment.
We have already opened GitHub Support ticket #4509140 and added the payment dates and screenshots. Is there an official way to request escalation to the GitHub Billing team when an unresolved billing issue is blocking organization administration?
