Re-verification/Repeat Application

Hi everyone,

I have tried to verify my education status several times and ways and it continues to be rejected. It seems like this is common in this discussion. I have seen a response saying that if you cant verify to try to submit it through here https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application but this is an institution application, everyone is trying to verify as a student.
Is there any support for this because it is obviously a problem for many users.

Try to set 2 factor authentication and make sure the time zone is set correct...if still it doesnt work
try to fill the biodata details on github and apply again..im sure u will be accepted in no time
make sure ur student status is verified too during the application process..good luck!
