GitHub wiki Image upload failing

I have been using this setup for months, now an image is not uploading:

1. Project: ApiLogicServer
2. Wiki project: git clone https://github.com/valhuber/ApiLogicServer.wiki.git
3. This project has an images folder
4. I successfully pushed: ApiLogicServer.wiki/images/docker/VSCode/nw-readme/customize-api-1.png
   • But, as shown below, I cannot access it
   • There is a successfully pushed image of the same name, but without the -1

As an aside, I would like to be able to browse project wiki files (e.g., troubleshoot issues like this), but have never found a way to do so.
