Putting pinned issues (also) on the project landing page

Actually, when we land on a project and see what the most important issues are, we have to go on the issues tab. I noticed that I make this move very often, maybe other people do the same.

In fact I even do this move for my own repositories. 😄

💡The idea

The idea would to copy the pinned section of the issues on the landing page, please see below how it may look like :
