[Notifications] Strict FIFO mode

I really hate it that I get the newest notifications shown on the top while the oldest are basically unaccessible.

I would prefer to have a time based display without any "impotence" stuff mixed in.

All notifications are important, or I wouldn't subscribe to them.

The issue I'm facing is, that I'm extremely unreliable at responding to stuff as my notifications grow and grow and the oldest ones do tend to be never read.

If I got the oldest notifications first, I will see all notifications and have a equally long response time to all of them with only the amount of notifications will determine the delay.
