[UI] Check the health status regularly

When I disconnect simulator, the UI still shows Vehicle ready . This might give false information to the user. Let s show lost of connections when the connection is not there.

Steps to recreate the bug 1. click missionPlanner 2. add mission 3. add missionPt 4. select a missionPt from list 5. click x (discard changes to the mission)
