Ability to change quality profile on already available media

Hi! I'm using quality profiles to make downloads 720p by default, but I give my users the option to switch to 1080p. However, for already available media, I'd like to have the option to then change that in radarr/sonarr and research. This would allow users to take media previously downloaded with the 720p profile, and request 1080p+.
