The BOOX Note Air6 C is a newly announced 10.3-inch color E Ink tablet that BOOX launched on September 15, 2026. It is the direct successor to the Note Air5 C, offering a substantial performance jump and shipping with Android 16 out of the box.
The display features a next-generation Kaleido 3 color screen protected by an anti-glare flat cover-lens and illuminated by a dual-tone adjustable front light. It delivers crisp 300 ppi clarity for black-and-white content and 150 ppi for 4,096 vibrant colors. Page transitions and scrolling are driven by BOOX Super Refresh (BSR) technology, which increases page-turn speeds by 40% to 45% and heavily reduces visual ghosting compared to previous models
The BOOX Note Air6 C is a 10.3-inch color E Ink tablet powered by an upgraded 4nm octa-core processor, 6GB RAM, and 64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 2TB via microSD). Running Android 16 with full Google Play Store access, it features a tablet-style UI complete with customizable widgets and a dedicated app dock.
The ultra-thin 5.8mm premium aluminum chassis sports a unique purple-tinted black finish and houses a 3,700mAh battery alongside a fingerprint-enabled power button. The tablet integrates dual speakers and a magnetic pogo-pin connector that supports optional charging passthrough. It includes the new BOOX Pen3 Stylus, which offers 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity for natural sketching and writing. The stylus features a unique, built-in replaceable-nib storage compartment hidden right inside the pen body for easy access on the go.
The Tablet is available from the online BOOX store for now, but will likely hit Amazon in a couple of weeks. It retails for $579.99, which is a bit expensive, but it is very powerful.
