Quick commerce is no longer just a race to deliver faster. It's a race to build a sustainable business. Ahead of Zepto's IPO, the numbers point to three distinct growth strategies. Blinkit leads on scale with the highest order volumes and the largest dark store network. Instamart is driving higher basket sizes, reflected in its industry-leading average order value. Zepto, on the other hand, is among the fastest-growing players, expanding both order volumes and its network as it prepares for the public markets. There isn’t a single playbook here. Each player is approaching growth differently, whether it’s scaling operations, increasing customer spend, or improving efficiency. As the quick commerce space evolves, the focus is shifting beyond delivery speed. The key metrics now are sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term viability. #QuickCommerce #Zepto #Blinkit #Instamart #IPO #BusinessInsights #StartupIndia #Ecommerce #MobiKwik

As we continue building for the future, we're proud to recognize and elevate leaders who have helped shape our journey so far. Today, we've announced 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. Dhruv Wadhera is elevated to Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Offline Merchant Payments. Since 2023, Dhruv has led strong growth across our offline merchant business - expanding solutions like QR, Soundbox and EDC devices and unlocking new revenue streams. In his new role, he will drive our offline expansion across Organised Retail, Oil & Gas, General Trade, and Devices, with a sharp focus on operational excellence, merchant retention, and improved device economics - aligned with our journey toward break-even by FY28. Abhishek Mukherji is promoted to SVP – Bharat Connect (Recharges & Bill Payments) & Online Merchant Payments. In his expanded role, Abhishek will also lead Zaakpay, accelerating our Online Merchant Payments business and our ambition to scale it 10x by FY28. Saurabh Taneja is promoted to SVP, Governance, overseeing Regulatory Compliance, Company Secretarial and Legal Affairs - continuing to strengthen our governance and risk frameworks as we build for long-term, sustainable growth. As our Co-founder, MD & CEO Bipin Preet Singh shared, leadership that grows from within is core to how we build - grounded in deep context, culture, and commitment. These promotions also complement our broader organisational strengthening over the past year, including the appointment of a Chief Risk Officer, a dedicated Head of Governance, and a Board with 63% independent directors. Here’s to building a resilient, well-governed, future-ready MobiKwik - creating long-term value for customers, partners, and shareholders. Find out more at afaqs!: https://lnkd.in/eAF5uDQy

Amul's ₹1 trillion revenue milestone is remarkable not just because of the number, but because of who owns it. Founded in 1946, GCMMF remains farmer-owned, representing 3.6 million dairy farmers across India. Over the decades, it has grown from a dairy cooperative in Anand into India's largest FMCG brand by revenue, ahead of household names such as HUL, ITC, Nestlé India, and Tata Consumer Products. Perhaps the most interesting part: despite its scale, Amul continues to operate as a cooperative rather than a publicly listed company. While both models have created some of India's most successful businesses, Amul has chosen to keep ownership within its farmer network as it continues to grow. A reminder that there is more than one way to build an enduring institution. #Amul #BusinessFacts #MadeInIndia #MobiKwik

India’s digital payments journey is one of the most remarkable examples of how technology can drive inclusion at scale. It was a pleasure speaking with Shishir Sinha on Doordarshan News Bharat Reloaded about the evolution of UPI, the growth of India’s fintech ecosystem, and the opportunities that lie ahead. UPI is far more than a payments infrastructure. It has fundamentally changed how millions of Indians transact, bringing convenience, accessibility, and financial participation to people across the country. What makes this transformation unique is the collaboration between policymakers, regulators, technology innovators, and entrepreneurs who have worked together to build a world-class digital public infrastructure. Special thanks to Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi for championing the Digital India vision & accelerating the adoption of digital payments and financial inclusion across the country. The scale and speed of India’s digital transformation would not have been possible without strong policy support and execution. During the conversation, we also discussed Digital India, financial inclusion, the startup ecosystem, and how India is emerging as a global benchmark for digital innovation. As we look ahead, I believe the next phase of growth will be driven by deeper adoption, greater accessibility, and continued innovation that empowers individuals and businesses alike.
