1963 → 2026 1963: India's first rocket rides to the launch pad on a bicycle. 1975: India launches its first satellite, Aryabhata. 2014: Mangalyaan enters Martian orbit on its first attempt. For decades, ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization led India's space ambitions. Then, in 2020, the Government of India opened the space sector to private players. For the first time, startups could build and launch their own rockets. Pawan Kumar Chandana and Naga Bharath Daka, two former ISRO scientists, chose Hyderabad to build Skyroot Aerospace, India's first space-tech unicorn. This July, Skyroot's Vikram-1, a privately developed rocket, reached orbit, making India the third country in the world to achieve private orbital launch capability, after the United States and China. But the story doesn't end there. Skyroot is part of a generation of space-tech founders building in Hyderabad for the world and beyond. Dhruva Space - Building satellites and ground stations. Cosmoserve Space - Building space debris removal technologies; Their capture system demonstrator flew aboard Vikram-1 under Mission Embrace. Stardour - Building India's first orbital transfer vehicle. Sanyark Space - Building satellite navigation solutions. SpanTrik - Building reusable launch vehicles. TakeMe2Space - Building orbital data centres. And the list is longer than this post. Sixty-three years after a bicycle carried India's first rocket to the launch pad, Hyderabad is emerging as India's space-tech frontier. Sorting, composting, shredding, recycling. Usually that's five different systems in five different places. Akshay CS Deshpande packed it all into one solar-powered, IoT-enabled mobile unit. Senior leaders in banking, cybersecurity, and quantum technology worldwide have already completed the MIT xPRO quantum curriculum. The Quantum Executive Leadership Program brings that same foundation to #India, presented by T-Hub and Qindra Ventures, in collaboration with HorizonX. Those who have completed it describe a blend of hardware fundamentals, #quantum algorithms, and business application that unlocks strategic possibilities beyond the reach of existing technologies a program that cuts through the hype to focus on near-term realities, equipping leaders to build roadmaps that align business objectives with actionable quantum initiatives. Among them: Kavita Kurella, Chris B., and Robert Loredo, who called it an invaluable investment of a busy executive's time. The curriculum was designed by MIT's Will Oliver. India's Cohort 1 builds on it with a 2-day in-person immersion led by Steve Suarez®, followed by a 1-on-1 consultation on each participant's organisational quantum use case and ROI framework. Designed for #CIOs, #CTOs, Innovation Heads, and #GCC and global leaders. The curriculum is proven. What India's Cohort 1 adds is room, immersion, and board-ready output. Cohort 1 is now open. Your next driving coach may already be sitting in your pocket. Most vehicles generate plenty of data, but very little of it helps drivers become safer on the road. That's the problem AutoWiz by SenSight is solving. Using smartphone-based telematics, AutoWiz (SenSight) analyses driving behaviour through phone sensors and provides personalised coaching to help people drive more safely. As Founder Kamal Aggarwal describes it, it's "like a Fitbit for your driving." Beyond individual drivers, the technology also opens new possibilities for automotive companies to better engage customers and for insurers to explore personalised offerings based on real driving behaviour. While building the technology was one challenge, finding the right opportunity to validate it with an industry leader was another. As one of the winners of the Honda Innovation Challenge 1.0, AutoWiz (SenSight) is now developing a Proof of Concept with Honda. Through interactions with Honda Digital Innovation, India, two-wheeler and four-wheeler teams, the startup is exploring how its technology could evolve from smartphones to future vehicle dashboards and head units. For founders considering corporate innovation programs, Kamal shares one simple lesson: the biggest value comes when there's a genuine fit between your solution and the partner's business challenge. Congratulations to Kamal Aggarwal, Shridhar Laddha and the entire SenSight Technologies Private Limited team on this milestone. We look forward to seeing where the journey leads next. Building defence tech is hard. Getting it in front of the Indian Army is harder. T-Hub just closed that gap. We are partnering with Headquarters Central Command to connect startups and researchers directly with the Indian Army's operational needs. Grateful to T-Hub mentor Maj Gen Vikram Kumar (Retd), whose support made this partnership possible. Joint innovation. Technology validation. A real path from idea to adoption. If you're solving problems that matter for national security, this is your way in. Express interest here: https://lnkd.in/dgfAzMTs #THub #CentralCommand #IndianArmy #MoU

For early-stage deep-tech #startups, the engineering software they need to build innovative products is often the software they cannot afford. Through T-Hub and AIC T-Hub Foundation, 33 startups have received 12 months of complimentary access to MathWorks' enterprise-grade engineering suite, including MATLAB, Simulink, 90+ products, technical support, and training, followed by heavily subsidised access from the second year onwards. This impact on founders earned AIC T-Hub recognition as a "MathWorks Regional Excellence Partner", making it one of only three recognised partners across a network of 250+ accelerators. For #founders, this translates into lower development costs, faster prototyping, and expert technical support from idea to market. This #recognition is also opening the door to deeper collaboration and stronger technical engagement between founders and MathWorks. How do you lead an organisation through a technological shift that nobody fully understands yet? #Quantum computing is the most significant of those shifts in the next five years. And until now, India's senior leaders have had no serious, structured way to engage with it at the level they operate. T-Hub and Qindra Ventures present the Quantum Executive Leadership Program - #India's first quantum program for senior enterprise leaders, built on the MIT xPRO curriculum and delivered in collaboration with HorizonX. Participants complete 10 hours of the MIT xPRO curriculum, designed by MIT's Will Oliver, followed by a 2-day in-person immersion led by Steve Suarez®, the man who led quantum innovation for one of the world's largest banks. Each participant leaves with: ➡️ An MIT xPRO certification ➡️ A 1-on-1 consultation with Steve on their organisation's quantum use case and ROI framework, ready to take to the board ➡️ A peer network of India's senior-most technology and innovation leaders Designed for #CIOs, #CTOs, #Innovation Heads, and #GCC and global #leaders. The quantum decisions on security, investment, and talent are reaching leadership tables in the next 24 months. The leaders who engage now will make those decisions from knowledge. Those who wait won't. Cohort 1 is now forming. Express interest. Link: https://lnkd.in/dFwX9Ef4 #THub #QindraVentures #HorizonX #MITxPRO
