Saurabh Pareek reposted thisSaurabh Pareek reposted thisRegional circular supply chains are proving to be a powerful hedge against global volatility. Since our initial investments in India, the Circulate Capital portfolio has demonstrated that scaling circular infrastructure can deliver both measurable environmental impact and institutional-grade financial returns. In a recent feature with The Economic Times, our Founder and CEO Rob Kaplan shared insights into how we are accelerating this momentum through our new Fund, Asia Fund II. The next phase of our investment strategy focuses on going deeper into plastics and expanding into other critical supply chains including metals and critical minerals. Saurabh Pareek shared thisExcited to share this milestone. As we deploy this capital across South and Southeast Asia, we look forward to partnering with founders and businesses who are building the next generation of circular infrastructure. If you are working on something exciting in the circular economy space across the region, I would love to connect. #plasticsrecylcing #circulareconomy #ewaste #plasticwasteSaurabh Pareek shared thisWe're delighted to share that Circulate Capital has exceeded target to reach $220 million at first close for Asia Fund II. This milestone sends a strong signal that circular supply chains are moving firmly into the mainstream, and reflects continued strong conviction from a global group of investors. Fund II will focus on building and scaling the infrastructure needed for more resilient supply chains in plastics, packaging, electronics and beyond, across South and Southeast Asia. At a time of increasing volatility in global supply chains, circular systems are more essential than ever to building resilient economies fit for the future. Thank you so much to our partners backing this: our long-standing corporate LPs, new institutional investors and DFIs, all aligned around the same idea that circularity is both a commercial and strategic necessity. Saurabh Pareek shared thisMost F1 Fantasy players optimise for the wrong variable. They pick the fastest drivers. They chase last week's results. They spend chips when they're nervous, not when they have conviction. After years of playing fantasy sports across formats, I've noticed the same pattern every time: the systematic, contrarian player beats the instinctive one. Almost always. So I wrote a piece on how to think about F1 Fantasy the way a portfolio manager thinks about active bets - ownership percentages, price efficiency, chip timing, and why street circuits are actually your best friend if you're willing to play them differently. A few data points that reframe how the game works: • Points per million, not price, is the number that wins leagues • Bearman (PPM: 27.84) beat Hamilton (16.3 pts/race avg) comprehensively in 2025, at a lower price • Sprint weekends are the highest-ceiling moments for chip deployment. Most people miss this. • A DNF costs 20 points before your scoring even starts. On street circuits, that changes everything. The full framework is in my first Substack piece. Prof. Venkat’s emphasis on rigorous thinking and first-principles problem solving continues to shape how I evaluate businesses and navigate complexity. A mentor in the truest sense. Saurabh Pareek liked thisSaurabh Pareek liked thisHands up if friendships easily slip down your priority list 🙋♀️ It happens so easily. Life gets busy. Weeks fly by. The treadmill of work, home, admin, repeat - and suddenly it's been months since you properly caught up with the people you care about. That was me, without even noticing. So my 2026 New Year's resolution was simple: make a greater effort to stay in touch with friends. Here's the thing about my friends, though. Many of them are from the online world. People I've never met in person, never hugged, never shared a coffee with - yet they're some of my closest friends, biggest supporters and most trusted people. Scattered across the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and Brazil. So since the first Tuesday in January, I've sent them a weekly video. Under two minutes. Just me, saying hi and sharing what's going on in my world - the good, the shitty and the embarrassing. All of it. Some weeks it's filmed from the car. Some weeks from the desk or the sofa. More than once it's been in my PJs - first thing or last thing, hair doing whatever it fancies. And never any filter, in any sense of the word! The deal I made with myself was that nobody had to reply. I'd send my little video and quietly take the moral high ground in our friendship, ha! But then the replies started coming. Their lovely faces popping up on my screen. Real life, unpolished, outside the gloss of socials. What's actually going on in their worlds - not the highlight reel. And week by week, I've felt more connected than I have in years. That's proper special <3 In my mid 40s, I'm all too aware of how tricky it is to make friends. I work from home, remotely - my biggest client is in Asia while I'm sat here in Nottingham. I might be an introvert, but I crave connection and meaningful relationships over superficial chit-chat. If this resonates, I highly recommend a little weekly video to reconnect. Two minutes. PJs optional. 👉 What would it feel like to move friendships back up the list? Notice who comes to mind first when you think about reconnecting - that's probably your person 🌿 How do you stay close to the friends who matter - texts, voice notes, videos, or something else? Feel free to comment below or send me a DM. Even better, send the person you were thinking of a little message instead. ;) 📌 Follow for more gentle coaching prompts and quiet curiosity.

Saurabh Pareek liked thisIt was a privilege to represent KSH INFRA at the RICS India Real Estate Investment Summit 2026 and participate in an engaging discussion on "Unlocking India's Next Growth Corridors." A big thank you to RICS South Asia for the opportunity, our moderator, and my fellow panelists Yash Ravel, Piyush Gupta and Ar. Amol Sudam Shimpi MRICS for a thought-provoking exchange of ideas. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing diverse perspectives from across the real estate ecosystem. One theme that resonated throughout our discussion was that India's next phase of growth will be driven by integrated economic corridors rather than individual cities. Infrastructure creates opportunity, manufacturing creates demand, occupiers create cash flows, and institutional capital helps create long-term value. Ultimately, capital doesn't invest in geography—it invests in ecosystems. As India continues to strengthen its manufacturing base and logistics infrastructure, I believe we are entering an exciting phase where industrial real estate is becoming increasingly institutionalized, with long-term value being driven by quality infrastructure, policy certainty and sustainable development. Looking forward to continuing these conversations with industry peers as we collectively contribute to India's growth story. #RICS #RICSSummit #IndustrialRealEstate #Infrastructure #Manufacturing #InstitutionalCapital #EconomicCorridors #IndustrialAndLogistics #IndiaGrowthStory #KSHINFRASaurabh Pareek liked thisKSH INFRA Shares Institutional Perspective on India’s Emerging Industrial Corridors at 𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 that took place on 15th July 2026 in Mumbai. At the recent RICS South Asia session on “Unlocking India’s Next Growth Corridors,” our Head – Fund Management, Shailesh R Agrawal, shared key insights on how institutional capital is viewing India’s evolving industrial landscape. A few takeaways that stood out: * 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗱, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗱 India’s next phase of expansion will be driven by integrated economic corridors—where infrastructure, manufacturing and connectivity come together. “Capital doesn’t invest in geography; it invests in ecosystems.” * 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 Initiatives like Dedicated Freight Corridors and PM Gati Shakti are fundamentally reshaping supply chains and unlocking new industrial clusters. * 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 For institutional investors, predictable policies, faster approvals and execution reliability matter more than short-term fiscal benefits. “Institutional investors value certainty more than incentives.” * 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶 𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 Beyond green buildings, long-term value creation lies in aligning environmental, economic, social and governance outcomes. ESG today is a framework for risk management and disciplined growth. * 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 As global supply chains diversify and domestic manufacturing strengthens, industrial corridors will continue to attract occupiers and long-term capital. * 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗲–𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗻–𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 A proven example of how infrastructure, talent and manufacturing ecosystems can create sustainable, scalable industrial growth. As India moves toward a more institutionalised industrial real estate landscape, the focus is clearly shifting toward long-term value creation. The next generation of cities won’t grow in isolation—they’ll grow as integrated economic corridors where infrastructure, manufacturing and institutional capital come together and KSH INFRA is all set to become an active contributor for the growth of India's economic corridors. Now, six years across Malaysia and Indonesia later, we’re heading back to France as a family of five. Professionally, this chapter at Circulate Capital meant a lot to me. Huge thanks to Amandine, Rob, Elizabeth, Ellen, and the whole team for the trust and partnership. Behind every fundraise, investment, or exit is a story connecting strategy, performance and impact that needs to be understood. I loved helping tell those stories, and working right at that intersection sharpened how I approach both sustainability and finance. Adapting to new cultures while raising three young kids abroad certainly keeps you grounded, but it also gives you a lot of drive and perspective to bring into whatever comes next. Grateful for the people, the memories, and everything these years brought us. More on what's next soon!

Saurabh Pareek liked thisSaurabh Pareek liked thisOn 23rd June 2026, I gave the open seminar for my PhD, a dream I had been chasing for a long time. The journey to get here wasn't easy, but it taught me so much, both professionally and personally. I came out of it more patient, with a sharper eye for detail, and with a quiet confidence I didn't have when I started. When a room full of people appreciates your work, you know you did something right, and I was lucky enough to have my parents and in laws there with me to witness it. I was also lucky to have chosen a topic I truly cared about, guided by my guide Dr. Suneeta Chandorkar, who always pushed me forward. Trust me, it was not an easy topic. My thesis, titled "Assessing Food and Nutrition Security among Mothers and their Children (7-59 months) from Garbada Taluka of Dahod District, Gujarat, India using Spatial Analysis," set in a predominantly tribal, rain-fed region with a mix of plain, hilly, and medium elevation terrain, where I used spatial analysis to identify the hidden pockets of undernutrition that get missed when we only look at district or state level data. Back in 2019, when I first imagined using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in public health, I was completely clueless. I still remember my first GIS class, where I cried, convinced this just wasn't my thing. Today, being able to do justice to that same topic is something I'm genuinely proud of. I'm a competitive person by nature, rarely satisfied with my own performance, but even I have to admit that the result surprised me, in the best way possible. Along the way, I also learned to code, something I never imagined myself doing, and ended up carrying out all my analysis in R. I'm writing this almost a month later, because honestly, I'm still processing that this chapter is over. A heartfelt thank you to the Department of Foods and Nutrition, Faculty of Family and Community Sciences, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, for being such a nurturing place to grow, question, and finally find my footing in research. I couldn't have asked for a better place to do this PhD. As I close this chapter, I'm now looking ahead to what's next and actively exploring opportunities in public health, nutrition, and GIS/spatial research. If you know of a role, project, or collaboration where this background could be useful, I would genuinely love to hear from you. Introducing myself, for the first time, as Dr. Surabhi Pareek. #PhD #PublicHealth #GIS #PhDJourney #AcademicMilestone #OpenToWork #Hiring

All of my life I have been someone who has had eyes on awards, experimented with a lot of different skills, but also always looked for validations whenever i felt i have done well. But never received an annual award in any of the organisations I worked for. And some point I stopped chasing them. This last year when I joined Lowe’s, I joined with a lot of confidence but also a bit of self doubt. - will I be able to navigate a Fortune 30 GCC - will I be able to work under someone after being on my own in my startup - will I be able to hit the ground running in retail industry, not having a lot many years of prior core domain expertise and - some more. Only thing I did this past year, I put my head down, kept learning, and tried to do my best, bring my best every single day. And owing to the amazing leadership, a superb team ( OMS ) could really make my mark. And receiving this award does feel extra special !! Anshul Jain, Head of Research at Lakshmishree, said that Indian Railway Finance Corporation has spent the last 52 weeks locked in a broad consolidation range between 147.77 and 106.47, with the price failing to respond to the pre-budget rally seen across PSU names. Anshul Jain noted, “This lack of upside participation signals distribution rather than accumulation. The range increasingly looks like a continuation structure within a larger corrective trend.” https://lnkd.in/g3fvRFzp

Must watch for all investors who wish to participate in the infrastructure story, whether through funds or through InvITs. Investors must develop appreciation around nuances of management of such assets and importance of a experienced operating team, in order to discern between good and not-so-good investment opportunities

Silver has surged. And the reactions it has triggered are worth paying attention to. Even seasoned fund managers and PMS professionals have openly acknowledged they did not anticipate this move. Silver had remained underpriced for years — and the market has now repriced it sharply in a very short span of time. When asked whether this could be the beginning of a long-term upcycle, one veteran fund manager said something that stayed with me: *"No one knows."* That answer, coming from decades of experience, is not a cop-out. It is the most honest thing anyone can say about markets. --- Last week, one of my clients came to me. He had never invested before. No mutual funds. No equity. No prior exposure to markets whatsoever. His first instinct upon entering the world of investing was not to build a foundation — not to start a SIP, not to understand asset allocation, not to define his goals. His first instinct was to put his entire capital into gold and silver. Because that is what had gone up. Because that is what everyone around him was talking about. Because that is what felt safe in the moment. I asked him one question: *"Were you thinking about silver six months ago?"* He paused. And said no. That pause said everything. --- This is not an isolated story. Across India right now, first-time investors are entering the market not through a plan — but through panic. Buying gold and silver at peak excitement, driven entirely by recent performance, with no framework for what comes next. This is recency bias in its most dangerous form — most dangerous precisely because it targets people who have no prior experience to counter it with. A new investor's first experience with markets shapes their entire relationship with investing for years to come. Starting that journey by chasing a rally is one of the most expensive lessons the market teaches. --- There is a principle I come back to every time I have this conversation: *If an asset causes anxiety before you invest in it — it will cause even greater stress after you invest in it.* Gold and silver may absolutely have a role in a well-structured portfolio. But for a first-time investor, that role should emerge from a plan — not from a price chart from the last 30 days. The best first investment is rarely the most exciting one. It is the one that teaches you patience, discipline, and the power of compounding — the three things no rally can teach you. --- Markets will always produce moments that feel urgent. The investors who build lasting wealth are not the ones who react to every one of those moments. They are the ones who had a plan before the moment arrived. If you are new to investing — start with a strategy, not a headline. Is your first investment driven by clarity — or by the crowd? #WealthManagement #NewInvestors #SilverRally #RecencyBias #ArthaMAX #FirstTimeInvestors #BehaviouralFinance #LongTermWealth #Compounding #IndianInvestors
