“Yogananth worked with me for a period of two years during which I found him to be very efficient in his work. At first, he was in QC/QA and i found that he was technically very proficient. When a position in regulatory affairs opened up, he volunteered to take up that position as it was something he felt he could learn and contribute to. He was excellent in understanding the rules and regulations and he was able to liaise very well with all the necessary officials.
