David Seif, Chief Economist for Developed Markets, joined Bloomberg Radio and Bloomberg Surveillance TV this morning to discuss the economic impacts of a U.S. government shutdown, and whether the Fed's easing cycle will be linear. Seif argues that one of the most consequential impacts from the U.S. government shutdown stems from the lack of key economic data publication, making it “more difficult for the Federal Reserve to deviate” from their dovish dot plot.
