Orders placed before 12PM PST Monday - Friday will ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12PM PST Monday - Friday will ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and after 12PM PST Friday will ship on Monday, excluding national holidays.
For orders to PO Boxes, select FedEx Ground (these ship FedEx SmartPost and deliver via USPS).

PayPal is accepted as a payment option for Ring products only. PayPal is not supported for recurring subscription billing.
If you would like to purchase both Ring products and a subscription plan, a credit card is required.
Cancellations should be done no later than 30 minutes after the initial order was placed.
Returns should be requested no later than 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to request a full refund. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your product(s), you will be refunded the full amount of the returned devices to the original payment source used.
All Ring devices will operate without an additional fee or subscription. You will receive alerts when visitors press your doorbell or trigger motion sensors in your device. You will also get live streaming video and two-way talk.
Ring Protect Plans are optional subscription fees that allow you get more out of your Ring devices. There are two tiers of Ring Protect Plans: Basic and Plus.
The Ring Protect Basic Plan activates video recording and sharing for individual Ring Doorbells and Cameras. It saves all your videos to your Ring account for up to 60 days, so you can review and share your videos at any time. Ring Protect Basic Plans start at only $3 a month per device.
The Ring Protect Plus Plan adds even more to your home security. It includes video recording and sharing for unlimited Ring Doorbells and Cameras at your home, and it also comes with 24/7 professional monitoring with cellular backup for Ring Alarm and more. Ring Protect Plus Plans start at only $10 a month per home.
