CBRE Welcomes Mike Kemmet to Office Occupier Team in Charlotte

CBRE has announced that Mike Kemmet has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as an Executive Vice President, effective June 3, 2025. Mike will focus on office occupier representation in the area in addition to industrial & logistics transactions.   

Mike has more than 29 years of industry experience with clients across the Charlotte market and throughout the United States and Canada. Over the past decade, Mike’s business has centered around portfolio transaction management for large companies across North America including office and industrial brokerage, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, build to suit analysis, consolidation studies and economic incentives.

Before joining CBRE, Mike spent 29 years at Cushman & Wakefield where he most recently served as Executive Managing Director. Mike is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
