One key lesson from yesterday’s class and the session was taken by Oluwatobi Fagbohungbe, QaceTech - Software testing Company, was understanding the difference between QA and QC. Quality Control (QC) focuses on finding bugs in the product, while Quality Assurance (QA) is about preventing those bugs from happening in the first place. I also learned about the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — the full journey of building software from idea → requirements → design → development → testing → deployment → and maintenance. This week, I’ll be practicing by writing 20 test scenarios for Jumia Group to improve my testing mindset and attention to detail.
