For three generations, Mimi Feliciano and her family, have been more than just a family business—they have been a force for change. Starting in the 1950’s, her parents built one of the first nursing homes in New Jersey and then built what is still the largest nursing home in New Jersey, Mimi took the helm in 2001, and with the support of her husband and partner, Edwin, recreated the nursing homes to include two state of the art medical rehab centers, made of private oversize rooms, along with boutique concierge type care, setting a new standard of subacute and rehab care in NJ and beyond. She named them JDT Medical Rehab and JDT Villa in honor of her parents, Jerry and Dolores Turco. In 2012, she transformed the company into a portfolio of high quality commercial real estate, located across the US, which is now, being managed by her two sons, Evin Feliciano (CFO) and Cary Feliciano (COO), With over 100 years of combined expertise, this powerhouse family business is building a legacy of innovation and now expanding into global humanitarian efforts.
