After the Verdict LIVE: True Impact

On September 28th, Dateline held a first-of-its-kind live, in-person event at The Pinnacle in Nashville. The first session was hosted by actors Annette O’Toole and Michael McKean, avid Dateline viewers, who introduced Josh Mankiewicz to the stage for a panel called “After the Verdict: True Impact.” Josh spoke with two women whose stories Dateline has covered: Yvonne Pointer, whose 14-year-old daughter, Gloria, was attacked and killed on her way to school in 1984, and Sheila Wysocki, whose college roommate, Angie Samota, was raped and murdered that same year.
