### Added - Support `OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_LOGS_INSECURE` and `OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_INSECURE` environments in `go.opentelemetry.io/otel/exporters/otlp/otlplog/otlploggrpc`.
