2 Star vine review
Hi, got a 2 Star vine review and the thing they complained about is clearly listed in the product description and bullet points. Any recourse for this or am I just out of luck? Thanks.
Next time I won't do vine I guess. I would expect the vine reviewers to read the product description at least, disappointing.

Hello @Seller_7sVKBtReQkYcL,
Not a lot of options here unless the review violates Amazon community guidelines. Its hard to say with out looking at the actual review but you might want to make the callout more prominent in your listing to avoid this from happening again.
I am sorry I can not be of more assistance with this particular issue.

I have a 3-star review from vine, and it is horrible and to be honest, the 5-star review from vine is not good either. I don't understand why Amazon would have reviewers who don't do their job correctly.
I thought they are supposed to showcase a product so you'd think they would read the instructions off cam at least and then use per instructions but no....that's not what vine is, and it sucks you and I and many others have found out the hard way.

I am a Vine reviewer. We have little instruction other than to give an honest review. We see the same listing that customers see, IF we click into the product. Since we are taxed on what we get and I don't want to get things that I cannot use, I always look through the product description. But, if we don't actually go into the listing all we can see is the first product picture (or a product picture the seller chooses, I don't know how that works, I just know it is one thumbnail) and then the bullet points. We do not see anything aside that one small photo and the bullets when we request an item, again, if we don't go into the listing itself.
Also, we are supposed to review it as if we spent whatever the price is for the item. And, often a little guideline pops up to make sure we hit all the areas they want to see, such as quality, value for the price, form & function, etc.
If the review goes against the review guidelines or you feel like it is inappropriate I would try reporting it.
I'm sorry that this has happened to you.

Vine reviewers are a good litmus test for the original seller. You're not going to get it removed even if its a bad review. I'd suggest moving the issue up to the top bullet and an infographic about it as you're likely to see the same issue with regular customers too.

I believe you encountered an idiot reviewer who wants free product on this platform and never care about any description of product. They just attracted by your image. (This, in a way, means that you have an exceptionally talented graphic designer for your product image.)

We feel the same. Some vine reviewers are not our target customers. They just want free items for their purpose, which is not our products designed for. As a result, negative reviews came saying our product didn't solve balabalaba. Because of this, we never try vine review program any more.
Real customers' reviews may come slowly but at least it relates well with our products, no matter its a positive review or negative review.

We will never use Vine again either. Our products are aromatherapy due to essential oils and we got a few bad reviews due to them not liking the scent. Obviously if it says the products made with essential oils it will have natural aroma. Never again. Sorry it happened to you.

I also feel that Vine reviews hurt more than help provide accurate reviews. Had an instance where the vine reviewer gave a 1 star review about it not working - while they just "happened" to mention a specific product that was excellent. So manufacturers are now getting accepted as vine reviewers so that they can destroy competition at launch?

We sent out to 10 vine reviewers. 2 answered back. One reviewer complained it did not work on someting we do not claim to do. I would think Amazon would filter the reviewer better such as pet owner, natural products user, etc. I called Amazon to ask about the other 8 missing reviews and was told Vine reviewers DON'T have to review if they DON'T want to. So basically we sent free products and got minimal results. We will NEVER use Vine again...total ripoff.
