    BREAKING: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals denies ISPs’ petition to have the full court rehear the court's decision in the lawsuit over California's #netneutrality law. That means California can continue to enforce its #netneutrality law.

    In January, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals had held that California can continue to enforce its #netneutrality law, rejecting broadband providers' appeal of the district court decision. The court found that the ISPs trying to overturn the law are unlikely to prevail.
