Ben Broca is the founder of Polsia, an AI platform that orchestrates agents to run companies end-to-end. In 2026 he raised $30M at a $250M valuation with zero employees, letting the AI manage the data room, brief investors, and close the deal. Polsia reached a $10M run rate in 5 months. Ben built Polsia on the belief that anyone with an idea and the drive to back it, now has the tools to build a real company.
