Brian Sparkes is Head of Strategic Ventures & Activation at STAK Ventures, and CEO of Silicon Valley Venture, Corp. Silicon Valley Venture is a Global GTM-Venture Partner — helping startups, executives, and fund managers build trust, foster connection, and drive collaboration in their markets for Access, Alignment, and Acceleration. A third-generation Silicon Valley entrepreneur with more than a decade in the startup ecosystem, Brian works with over 1,400 startups annually, and has coached roughly 1,000 international founders. He is the architect of the Go-To-Community and Give-to-Market frameworks, which reframe growth as a function of relationships rather than transactions — built on a simple conviction: the best communicator wins, and community comes first. Brian serves as Oakland Chapter Director for Startup Grind and as an Ambassador for Transform, and has led government-backed delegations from South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Italy through the Valley. Known across the ecosystem as a super connector, he brings a deep investor network to every engagement — the connective tissue behind the capital introductions, LP relationships, and investor programming he builds for his clients.
