Michelle Johnson is a Senior Vice President at Insight Partners, where she leads Insight’s EMEA advisory presence. Based in London, Michelle works with CEOs and CROs across North America and Europe to design go-to-market strategy, build revenue-driving organizations, and support portfolio company leadership with AI implementation and the shifting shape of revenue teams.
Before Insight, Michelle was a founding go-to-market executive at multiple high-growth software companies. Most recently, she was an early sales and revenue operations leader at Flock Safety, helping scale the business from <$1M to $90M in ARR.
