Miloni brings a rigorous, founder-first approach to investing, combining deep customer understanding, thoughtful market analysis, and a commitment to helping companies scale. Before joining IVP, Miloni invested at Summit Partners and Warburg Pincus, developing a disciplined foundation in growth investing. She was recognized as a Business Insider Rising Star of Venture Capital for her conviction, preparation, and hands-on support of founders. Miloni earned her BA in International Studies & Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Miloni’s investments include Laurel, GenLogs, and Solace Health.
