Shay Grinfeld

Shay Grinfeld is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Greenfield Partners, a global early-growth investment firm with more than $2 billion in assets under management. He focuses on technology companies at the point where product-market fit turns into the challenge of building and scaling an enduring business, with investments spanning AI, enterprise software, healthcare and infrastructure.
Shay has led Greenfield investments in companies including BigPanda, Avanan, Coralogix, Capitolis, Mixtiles and Quali. Before founding Greenfield, he was a Senior Advisor to TPG Growth and spent the earlier part of his career operating and scaling technology companies. He holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.
