Sofia Fatakhova has helped build some of the world’s most innovative technology companies across AI, fintech, and enterprise software. As Senior Vice President of Finance at Chime, she helped lead the company through its IPO, scale revenue nearly 5x from $700 million to $3 billion, and launch new products including MyPay, Instant Loans, and Chime Rewards.
Previously, Sofia was the CFO partner for Salesforce’s high-growth businesses, including Tableau and MuleSoft, where she helped shape commercial strategy, pricing, monetization, and post-acquisition integration. Before that, she led Finance for Amazon Echo and Alexa, helping grow the business from an early-stage startup into a global AI platform spanning more than 20 devices and 10 international markets.
Throughout her career, Sofia has partnered with founders, CEOs, product, and engineering leaders to scale businesses through AI, platform innovation, and disciplined capital allocation.
