Vanessa Larco

Vanessa Larco co-founded Premise, a modern VC firm focused on agentic technology. Premise invests in technical founders at pre-seed and seed who are building AI-native products that drive economic democratization across B2C, B2B and Fintech. Before starting Premise, Vanessa was a General Partner at NEA from 2016 to 2025, where she focused on enterprise SaaS and consumer internet investing. Vanessa has led investments in Cowboy Space Corporation, Kindred, Mejuri, Greenlight, and others. She was also a board observer at Robinhood from 2017 through the IPO in 2021. She also held senior product management roles at Box, Twilio, Playdom (acq. Disney), and XBOX. Vanessa holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
