Gaurav Nanda is an Engineering Manager at Databricks, where he leads the Networking Platform Infrastructure organization that enables large-scale, reliable connectivity for data and AI workloads. His work focuses on service discovery, overload protection, and developer-productivity systems that power Databricks’ multi-cloud platform. Before Databricks, he led major platform initiatives at Harness and contributed to high-scale distributed systems at Google.
