Working in the Power & Utilities sector, my teams helped save a client £1bn, and also implemented one of the largest S/4 HANA solutions in the UK which won a Management Consulting Association Award in 2022 for the best change and transformation programme in the private sector. I’m proud of my teams’ effort and impact in delivering meaningful and measurable change.<br><br>I am passionate about the power of education to aid social mobility and in doing so have been a global board member of a major education and community transformation charity for four years, as well as a School Governor for 16 years.<br><br>Through building and developing diverse teams which are proudly inclusive rather than exclusive, I’ve learnt we need to create an environment where everyone can be themselves, and where we embrace the differences rather than try to conform or sink to the lowest denominator of finding the common ground.<br><br>I’m energised by positivity and optimism, so value strengths-based coaching to see how we can bring the best out of each other. I’m keen we figure out the things we are good at and how we can move to being great at them.<br><br>I’ve learnt to understand cultural references and take time to appreciate differences, and the role I can now play in being an advocate for inclusion. This is all based on my core values for dealing with people and business issues with authenticity, integrity and fairness. <br><br>I lead our Power & Utilities sector for PwC in the UK alongside being PwC’s Global Client Partner for National Grid plc, a global top 200 account, as they play a leading role in the Energy Transition. <br><br>Previously I spent 7 years on PwC’s UK Consulting Executive Leadership team as Partner Matters Lead and Private Cluster Lead with significant P&L responsibility.
