The entire complex is specially designed for its demanding purpose. In addition to conventional classrooms, the College has numerous facilities serving particular functions such as special classrooms for operations management, fire prevention, emergence medical care and data processing, fire chemistry and physics laboratories, a computer aided management simulator, a sports hall, a gym, a diving pool, a smoke diving simulator, work training classrooms, a rescue vehile hall and special maintenance facilities.

The College's 224-seat auditorium is suitable for large training sessions. Students also have access to a restaurant with over 200 seats as well as a cosy pub which is operated by the student body. A total of 350 persons can be accommodated in a modern dormitory, consisting of students suites and hotel-standard guest rooms.
