One constant in the world of corporate financing is that things are always moving faster. Financial solutions are increasingly structured, or customised, to fit clients’ individual needs. These customised products – whether they are mezzanine, ABS, project financing or leasing – are then standardised by innovative financial solution providers so that a larger number of mid-sized businesses can more easily emulate the pioneers.
Structured FINANCE is a place where participants can extensively engage with the most cutting-edge corporate financing topics ranging from equity solutions to the tried and true bank credit. Corporate finance managers get the chance to meet with both their peers and the providers of such innovative financing products.
The centrepieces of the conference are case studies presented by company representatives who come to share their experiences with innovative financing products.
