    People (including me) often complain about customer service on this website. Here's the opposite: I called to cancel internet and TV. A human being answered on the FIRST RING and was extremely helpful. Thank you, AT&T!

    Great point on the move to istiod (from Pilot and Citadel) in . What looked like a major architecture change was really an implementation detail... didn't affect many users because of API consistency.

    Urs is a leader at Google. Our leaders have faced this problem head on since early in the problem. I wish that our federal leaders had the foresight and wisdom that many corporate leaders have shown.

    Today the US crossed 2,000 deaths for the first time, and tomorrow it will be #1 in total deaths, displacing current #1 Italy. At this rate, more people will die of Covid-19 in the US this year than in WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan...combined.

    This is a great thread on how Microsoft is dealing with this crisis. Our businesses in tech have been WAY ahead of our governments.

    What’s it like to work at Microsoft during the COVID-19 crisis? I’ve never seen anything like this. Here’s my perspective, as a director managing our Puget Sound ops. Our team handles all things commute, dining/catering, mail/distribution, reception and facilities mgmt services.
