Agile 101 for Dec 05, 2019 - Two Sessions
Topic: Agile for Medical Device work – The Documentation Paradox
For December, our topic will be how to manage regulatory documentation so that it helps speed up the value flow, not drag it down! This doesn’t mean you have to work faster or harder: by taking full advantage of modern Agile tooling and understanding the real needs of the FDA/ EU regulators, you can flip the documentation monster into a helper rather than a hindrance.
Who should attend: Engineers and their managers in medical device companies, where their product has a substantial high tech and software component.
Presented by: Nancy Van Schooenderwoert

Topic: Story Point Estimation
Story Point Estimation can be a confusing concept to those new to it. Even experienced teams can develop patterns that negate its intent. In this session we will focus on the process of doing estimation and dispelling some myths along the way.
