    Context matters. Pre-planning is often super important to align all teams. Eg if you work with 10 teams on one system it's helpful to align the priorities across all teams for creating a coherent product with the highest biz value possible. And yes, the size is a diff topic

    I just came across an article that recomended a pre-planning meeting before you start your Sprint. 🙄 In other words, he wanted a pre-planning meeting to plan for the Sprint, the first event of which is Planning. What?
