I actually have something for ! I'm mostly just playing with layout and lighting to get a feel for what this level of complexity of models and materials. I have a specific digital actor (aka avatar) aesthetic in mind and it's important that the set match.

Info-garments, especially those with eyewear, are inherently more intimate than arms-length tech like handsets or clamshells. The new normal is essentially personal; biologically, socially, economically...

I'm thinking about how to take concept into the new normal. Sanitary use, obs, but also tapped into the coming noosphere of interpersonal bio-data and helping us handle close-quarter lockdowns.

I'm interested in new formats for video (e.g. ) and in the wider landscape and have closely followed Quibi since it was announced. I simply feel better when I don't use it.

I bounced off of Quibi because it felt so needy, asking at every turn for me to be impressed and obsessed with shows that I wouldn't watch for free and a rotation mechanic. I tried the ad-free tier and assume that ads don't improve the experience.

Spring has always felt like a better time in our trip around Sol to celebrate a new year so as far as I'm concerned the original April fools had the right idea. We still need a cozy celebration near the Winter solstice, obs, just not the new year.

This is pretty nice for a boatload of kids whose parents are stressing about every dime. And for the parents, too.

I wonder if they're open to full-remote, yet. Lots of orgs with pre-release hardware (like XR headsets) stored in secure rooms are struggling to work in the new normal. At minimum, I bet we see better emulators.
