    I often hear that engineering should be more "product focused" - think about users, adoption, etc. What will it mean for product to be more "engineering focused"?

        Also, share more graphs. Engineers are suckers for a good data story. Also it suggests you care about the outcome, not just the output, of a feature. Assuming you look at those graphs again obviously.

        But what percentage of product folks know or care about operability, infrastructure, and non-functional requirements and dare think beyond business logic. My experience is that it is less than 1/3

        What percentage of engineers really care about some of the product concerns? Not saying either position is good, but it’s a two way street. I think one of the problems in both cases is too often the title product is put on project management by organisations.
