I agree with @kikimelendez - we need the grown up leaders from both parties to speak out now. Trump is in way over his head and surrounded by sycophants. This is a perilous time with 67,000 dead, and a seeming lack of care for our vulnerable, and a lack of humanity.

I wasn’t a fan of George W. Bush. Not his politics or policy. Despite that, I am able to recognize that in this message, I find comfort. I feel the feelings I have not felt since trump came into office & throughout this crisis. In these darkest of days, we need words like these.

Like everyone, I have serious issues with W. However, I appreciate this message of unity we need now.
