+ Less time searching for clients + It's predictable and stable + Better taxes (expenses) + Still a freelancer (you're not involved in any internals of the company) + Better rates - It doesn't scale. You invoice 20 days a month. You can't go any better than that.

As a contractor: - You own a business license - You invoice the company - You do your own taxes - You have your own expenses But you are sort of allocated full-time to work with that company for a certain time. This has pros and cons to it:

What does it even mean? Being a contractor is a middle ground between freelancing and employment. In short, you join companies as an external freelancer (not employee) and work with their team. Let me elaborate on that.

Tailwind CSS isn’t so much a framework as it is a productivity tool for automatically generating the exact CSS you should be writing by hand anyways if you want to rapidly build web projects that will be easy to maintain and update years down the road.
