Hello @stlecho
Hope you’re doing well today! Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with Forminator.
I was able to replicate the issue on your site, I noticed that the form is rendering partly (not all fields are rendered) when I checked in the web-inspector console. Please refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/x7ZpoBYqwmvS4oYxeqaIHXO2ewz2V4
Can you please confirm if you noticed this issue specifically after adding or updating any plugin/theme on your site?
Additionally, can you please navigate to WP Admin >> Forminator >> Forms >> Edit Form >> Behaviour >> Rendering >> Load via AJAX and check if that helps? You can test it on any one of the forms that is facing the issue.
Please refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/pCyDd8tPBR5yEzjLLJRENHydiqVNxj
Please let us know how it goes, awaiting your response.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh
Deactivating the Load via AJAX option solves the problem on the website. The preview however is still not working.
Afaik I did not install any new plugins, but it might have been an update which caused this issue.

Hi.
Same problem here. The tag form is open but empty…
The given “solution” works (deactivate the Ajax loading) but I hope that’s a temporary patch.
TIA for your help.
Pierre.
Hi @pierre_02,
The given “solution” works (deactivate the Ajax loading) but I hope that’s a temporary patch.
In general, disabling the Ajax shouldn’t be causing any issues. It would only mean there is a conflict which is causing the issue. Running a conflict test would be ideal if you are looking to rule out the core issue
If you still face issues even after that then would recommend you open a new thread with us, so that we can check further if needed. Even though the issue sounds similar it would be better to create a new thread separately for your website.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
Hi @stlecho,

Such behaviour can occur due to conflicts. You can check whether there are any errors in the browser console when you try to preview the form.
You can refer the following doc for more info about checking the console:
https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/#open-the-developer-tools
If there isn’t much error picked under the “Console” tab, then running a conflict test would be the way ahead to ruling out if there is any conflict.
You can check the following flowchart for more info about conflict test:
https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif
Please do let us know how that goes, so that we could check further if needed.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
