    I'm giving them a 3 because they're not big and baggy like a lot of the track pants are. I'm a size 8 with very slim legs. hips and bum and these fit quite nicely. I think they would be tight on a bigger person. They're very comfortable and fairly warm BUT they're very thin brushed cotton. Not fleecy as I was expecting. $40 I think is too much for these. I've bought better quality brand names on sale fo less than this. Love the range of colours but I'm looking for thicker fleece fabric. These feel too flimsy and after wearing for a while starting to get baggy. All up, they're not that great other than they fit me.

    First off, I will say do NOT follow Amazon’s size recommendations on this one. It told me to originally order a 2x when I needed a Large. I’m about 5’5”, 190 and carry most of my weight in my tummy area. I was worried about them shrinking as many reviews suggested but I just washed them on warm and dried them completely on medium and if they shrunk at all I can’t tell. They are supposed to be a tighter fitting jogger which I love because they are warmer that way and living in Minnesota I will likely live in these during the winter months. I immediately bought 2 more pair after washing these to make sure I knew what size I needed. So yeah, don’t get crazy and order 2 sizes up, you may not need to. The length is perfect for my height too! They go to my ankles yet are not too long. Just perfect to tuck into snow boots! I also got all 3 pair on sale for about $10 each which is a steal for this quality. And yes, they have pockets! Yay! Perfect sweats. Even my 13 yr old daughter said they were cute which is saying something since I’m old and usually out of style. lol I highly recommend these. I also love the Amazon Essentials hoodies! They’re wonderful!

I see myself getting more but will size down. I wear a 12 to 14 curvy fit soft stretch jean (14 Amazon essential pull-on jegging) and 16 skinny fit stiffer jean normally. The issue is I think I received a brown not burgundy. I looked them over several times to make sure but yes, these are brown I think…quite sure!
    Not returning them as they are still good and I will get a burgundy pair soon. After I wash them I will decide if I will size down from the current xl.
    Update:These was well and did not shrink. They are my comfy pants and have become favourite house pants. They are loose on my waist and baggy on my legs. My body is smaller on the waist so I will get a large next time to ensure they don't fall if I wear them outside.
