Report Suspicious Activity

Amazon is committed to providing a safe and trusted shopping experience. If you believe that any communication is suspicious, follow the steps below to report it. For order questions, go to Your Orders instead of submitting a report.

Report a suspicious phone call, message, or other scam: Follow the instructions in Report a Scam to report suspicious emails, phone calls, text messages, unsolicited packages, or gift card scams.

Submit a report on the product page:

  1. Log into your Amazon account on your desktop.

  2. Navigate to the product page.

  3. Select "Report an issue with this product."

  4. Select "This product or content is illegal, unsafe, or suspicious" to report suspicious activity.

  5. Follow the prompts to enter details about your issue and submit.

Contact Us: Visit our Customer Service page and select "Report Something Suspicious." You can find this option under "Help with something else." You can choose to report a suspicious phone call, email, or SMS received or reporting a suspicious product. If you would like to report a suspicious product, select that option too, then speak with a Customer Service agent via phone or chat.
