How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

You can check the status of your refund by:

- Checking Your Orders.
- Checking your Transactions page to review your payments and refunds with Amazon.
- Checking your Gift Card balance page, for refunds issued as Gift Card balance.
Banks can take 2-10 business days to settle your refund after Amazon processes the refund. Please reach out to them directly for those cases.
Refund Timelines
Fulfilled By Amazon AU
Once we have processed your return, we’ll email you to let you know. Refund processing typically takes 1–5 business days after the return is marked as delivered to us. If you haven’t heard from us, it means we haven’t received or processed your return yet, this usually takes up to 30 days.
Amazon Haul
The refund will be available to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued. In certain circumstances refund timeframes may be longer. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you'll be refunded for original delivery costs, as well as any Import Charges for the returned item(s), once your return is processed.

AmazonGlobal
All AmazonGlobal items (Shipped from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Japan) take up to 30 days to reach us once you ship them. The amount will be refunded in AUD, and is according to the conversion rate at the time the refund was issued.
Refund will be issued within 30 business days from date of return to drop-off location or pickup date from your doorstep.
After we've received and processed your return, you can expect to receive your refund in the following timelines:

If you haven't received your refund within the time frames mentioned above, please contact your bank with ARN (Acquire Reference Number) displayed in your transactions page.
Note: We may process a refund via Gift Card balance upon your request (except where you paid using a promotional credit).
