How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The following are the refund timelines associated with each payment method.

Processing time for returns may take 2-10 business days after we receive the item(s) in our Fulfillment Centre (in the country/region where the product was shipped to you from). Please note that it can take 15-25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.
Note: We may process a refund via Amazon Gift Card balance upon your request (except where you paid using a promotional credit).
Partial Refunds or Late Return Fees
If you return items to us and we receive them after the return window, late return fees may be deducted from your refund amount if the items returned are not due to Amazon's error or faulty item. Late return fees enable us to receive and process the item back into our inventory. See the table below for details on late return fees charged on items returned and received by us after the return window has passed.

Late Refunds
You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order's summary page.
If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.
