About Delivery Restrictions

When you shop at Amazon, product detail page messaging lets you know whether an item can be delivered to you. Update your postcode in the navigation bar at the top of each page to see products available to your area and shipping options.

Additional delivery restrictions may apply for some locations. If we're unable to deliver an item to the address you selected, you'll be notified during checkout. Reasons for restrictions may include, but aren't limited to local or state laws and statutes, hazmat materials, carrier service or size limits, or Amazon policy, and may vary over time.

You may not be able to ship to an address for the following reasons:

  • The item exceeds dimensional shipping limits.
  • The item is a restricted product. Products sold on Amazon.com.au must comply with all laws and regulations and with Amazon policies.
  • The item is a hazmat product including, but not limited to, certain lithium batteries or lithium battery products and Dangerous Goods packed in limited quantity' (such as hair dye, perfume).
  • Some carriers can't deliver to certain address types or locations.
  • The seller doesn't offer international shipping.
  • The seller doesn't ship restricted items to your address.
  • Some carriers can't deliver to certain address types or certain locations.
  • We're restricted from shipping to your location due to government import/export requirements, manufacturer restrictions, or warranty issues.
  • The seller doesn't offer international shipping.
  • The seller doesn't ship restricted items to your address.

When possible, product detail pages filter out offers that can't be shipped to your delivery address. If 1-Click has been set up, we determine your shipping location, using your default 1-Click delivery address when you're signed in to your account. Check that you have your intended address selected every time you shop with us.
